Barbecue Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying size chicken, cut up
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. catsup
Preparation

Coat chicken with 3/4 cup flour mixed with 2 teaspoons salt and brown sugar in 1/2 cup shortening.
As pieces are browned, arrange in casserole, saute onion in oleo until clear, add all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour over chicken in casserole, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until tender.
