Fried Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 lb. bacon
sweet pickle relish or dill pickles
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mustard
2 boiled eggs, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Fry bacon crisp; put aside to drain on paper towel.
Fry potatoes in bacon grease. Stir together all other ingredients in large bowl.
Add crumbled bacon and fried potatoes.
Serve warm or refrigerate to cool.
