Delicious Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, separated into bite size pieces
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 small chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in reserved liquid
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in water to cover until tender.
    Drain, reserving liquid.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in reserved liquid and set aside.
    Melt margarine in 4-quart pan, then cook onions until they are tender (clear).
    Blend in flour and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually stir in bouillon liquid, milk and cauliflower.
    Add salt. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and stir in cheese until it melts.
