Avocado Stuffed With Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. unpeeled medium shrimp, uncooked
    1/4 c. lime or lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    3 lrg ripe avocados
    Lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Bring water to boil; add shrimp, and reduce heat.
    Simmer 3-5 minutes.
    Drain well, and rinse with cold water; chill.
    Peel and devein shrimp.
