French Toast Bread Cubes For Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 loaf Italian or French bread
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. Grated Romano cheese (or Parmesan)
    Pinch salt & pepper
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl; add cheese and seasonings. Coat bread in egg mixture until well coated.
    Brown bread in hot oil in skillet. Drain and cut into 1 inch cubes. Use as garnish for soup when serving.
