Egg And Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie
    8 oz. bulk pork sausage
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. light cream or milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put pastry into pie pan.
    Flute the edges.
    Do not prick. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
