Ingredients

1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat thoroughly.
Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Mix well.
Drop from a teaspoon into ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes or until delicately browned.
