Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

4 chicken breasts, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation

Wash,
drain and cube chicken breasts.\tPlace in baking dish. Mix
together
soup
and sour cream; pour over chicken. Melt margarine and pour over soup mixture.
Crush Ritz crackers\tand mix
with
poppy seed.
Sprinkle over dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
