Pocatello Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 potatoes, boiled in jackets
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in butter or bacon grease
    1 small jar pimento
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 to 2 slices bread, cubed
    onion salt to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    3 to 5 slices bacon, fried crisp
Preparation
    Cool potatoes.
    Dice, leaving some skin on.
    Cube cheese and sprinkle on top.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss together and sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts, about 30 minutes.
