Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten slightly with 1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar, mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. whole pecans
Preparation

Coat pecans with egg white mixture; sprinkle sugar mixture over nuts and toss, being sure to coat each nut.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
