Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean spareribs
salt and pepper
1/2 c. finely diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 cans tomato sauce (small)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. cider or wine vinegar
1 can pineapple tidbits (include juice)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Cook spareribs on bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours (35 to 40 minutes on each side).
Salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, mix the sauce together (the rest of the ingredients).
Pour over the partially cooked spareribs.
Continue cooking at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for another 2 hours.
Serve with cooked rice.
