Blueberry Sauce Sugar-Free - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
1/2 c. unsweetened frozen pineapple concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth.
Pour into a small saucepan.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly as mixture reaches a boil.
Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; cool and refrigerate.
