Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Add shortening, hot water and sugar.
    Sprinkle in yeast.
    Let stand until yeast foams.
    Add 2 cups flour, salt, egg and beat. Add 2 cups flour, stir until blended.
    Dough will be very soft. Let stand in warm space until double in size.
    Knead 1 to 1 1/2 cups flour on floured counter.
    Roll out in a rectangle 1/2-inch thick.
    Butter dough and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon and roll.
    Cut in 1/2-inch slices.
    Place in pan.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
