Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
coconut
nuts if desired
Preparation

Grease large cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with coconut; spread with batter.
Sprinkle rest of coconut and nuts over top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
