Shipwreck Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 large potatoes, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. raw rice
    2 c. diced celery
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 can red beans
Preparation
    Grease casserole.
    Add first 6 ingredients in order given, seasoning layers with salt and pepper.
    Blend soup with water and pour over top layer.
    Place can of red beans on top.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
