Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling salt water.
    Drain well.
    Combine soup, mayo, egg, cheese and onion; mix well.
    Add broccoli and spoon into lightly greased baking dish.
    Dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle top with crushed crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
