Frozen Peanut Butter Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed firmly
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Preparation

Cream 1/2 cup peanut butter and butter.
Add brown sugar, beating at medium speed until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add flour; mix well (mixture will be crumbly).
Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping.
Lightly press remaining mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown. Cool and set aside.
