Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 med. oranges
2 lbs. cranberries
4 c. sugar
2 med. unpeeled apples, cored
Preparation

Peel oranges, trim off and discard white part of rind.
Put orange pulp and rind, cranberries, and apples through food chopper.
Add sugar, and mix well.
Pour into containers. Seal and freeze, or cover and refrigerate, but use relish within two weeks. Makes 4 pt.
Serve partly thawed with turkey at Thanksgiving or with chicken, or can be put with jello for salad.
