Greek Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 thin lemon slices
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. dried mint leaves
    few drops of red pepper sauce
    1/4 lb. lamb boneless shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 wooden skewer
    2 colossal pitted black olives
    1/2 small onion, cut in half
    3 large cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon slices, garlic powder, ginger, mint leaves and red pepper sauce.
    Microwave at High 30 to 60 seconds, or until heated through and lemon is tender.
    Add lamb cubes to bowl; cover.
    Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
