Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine next 7 ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Spoon into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
