Buttermilk Pie 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    2 sticks margarine
    5 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter.
    Pour over sugar and flour.
    Blend well.
    Beat in one egg at a time.
    When blended well, add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Beat well and pour into 2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells.
    Bake 1 hour.
