Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed white French bread
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    10 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 to 10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place bread cubes on bottom.
    Layer cheese, onion, pepper and mushrooms on bread.
    Combine the rest of ingredients (except bacon).
    Cover.
    Refrigerate overnight. Remove cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 12.
