Zucchini, Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. zucchini
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat sugar, butter and eggs, then add flour, buttermilk, pineapple and all other ingredients.
    Put into 3 small loaf pans or 2 large loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
