Hot Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. plain corn meal
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add enough cold water to moisten it well.
    Spoon this into the boiling broth.
    Cook until thick (but not too thick).
    Add paprika, chili powder, cumin seed, salt and pepper.
    Cover baking dish with mush, then add meat mixture.
    Cover top with mush.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
