Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. baked sweet potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. flavoring
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat mashed potatoes with sugar, milk and eggs.
Add all spices and flavoring.
Put in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.
