Pumpkin Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin puree
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, bacon, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in a medium bowl.
Stir in eggs and milk until blended.
Mix cheese with flour.
Fold into pumpkin mixture.
Place frozen or thawed shells on cookie sheet.
Divide mixture between shells.
Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
