Coconut Or Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, flour, milk, melted butter, vanilla and salt.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then at 325\u00b0 until done and firm in center.
