Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise and deboned
    salt and pepper
    chopped spring onion
    parsley
    butter
    flour
    beaten egg with water added
    crumbled corn flakes
Preparation
    Pound breasts out flat; sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion and parsley (very few).
    Place strip of butter on narrow end of chicken; roll.
    Cover each breast with flour; shake off.
    Dip in beaten egg (with water added), then roll in crumbled corn flakes. Chill one hour (or may be stored in refrigerator for several hours if desired).
    Deep fry each piece 5 to 10 minutes just before serving time.
    Serves 6.
