Company Parmesan Chicken Tenders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 chicken tenders (white meat of chicken)
    3 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
    2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, salt, cheese and pepper.
    Dip chicken in milk, then roll in bread crumb mixture.
    Coat well.
    Put 1/2 melted butter in long casserole pan.
    Place chicken in pan and pour rest of butter on top.
    Can be refrigerated until ready to bake.
    Best if sets in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven; turn once if needed.
    Serve with mashed potatoes or rice, vegetable and salad.
