Wilted Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce
    1 small onion
    3 slices bacon
    2 boiled eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut lettuce in bite-size pieces.
    Add chopped onion and chopped eggs.
    Add salt and pepper; toss together.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon and add sugar and vinegar to pan.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Pour over lettuce just before serving and put crumbled bacon on top.
