Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
    1 c. tap water
Preparation
    Put in large glass container and let stand on counter, fermenting for 1 week to 10 days.
    Put in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
    Give it the feed; let stand 8 to 12 hours.
