Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. frozen coconut
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Spray sheet cake pan with Pam.
Sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan.
Then sprinkle coconut over nuts.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box; pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix together melted margarine and softened cream cheese with powdered sugar.
Pour this mixture over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
