Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli or 2 to 3 boxes broccoli spears
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium to large onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 small jar cheese with bacon or cheese with pimento
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. prepared rice
    1 clove garlic
    1 can onion rings
Preparation
    Cook broccoli just until tender.
    Chop slightly.
    Saute onion and
    garlic
    in
    2 tablespoons margarine.
    Add soup and cheeses and
    cook
    just until melted.
    Mix all in a large bowl and add the 1/2 cup milk.
    Pour into a medium to large casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 just until it bubbles, about 25 minutes. Top with onion rings and brown slightly.
