Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. crushed pineapple
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. walnuts, crushed
celery
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of juice.
Combine pineapple and cream cheese, thinning as needed with reserved juice.
Add walnuts and mix well.
Rinse celery well and cut off bottoms, but leaving the leafy tops.
Spread cream cheese mixture into groove of celery stalks.
