Basic Cupcake Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine flour and sugar.
Make a well in the center of the mixture.
Combine next 4 ingredients until moist.
Spoon into greased and floured muffin pans, filling about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
