Stuffed Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1 small can green Ortega chilies
1 small can chopped olives, strained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 pkg. French rolls
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except French rolls.
Scoop out middle of French rolls.
Place 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture into roll. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until well heated.
