Potatoes In The Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam.
    Pour mixture into cake pan.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Cook for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until brown.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
