No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. whole milk
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. coconut
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
    Grease 2 (9-inch) plates.
    Divide mixture evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 2 pies.
