Super-Duper Chocolate Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. unsalted soft butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    2/3 c. milk
    Chocolate Frosting
Preparation
    Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
    Using an electric mixer at medium speed, mix the butter and the sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add in the egg and the vanilla, beating the mixture until it is fluffy.
    Blend in the melted chocolate.
    Place heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto greased baking sheets, leaving about 2-inches between each cookie.
    Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until they are firm to the touch.
    Remove and let cool.
