Pecan, Rice And Crawfish Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 celery rib, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. cooked crawfish tails
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
    1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. creole seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Put first 7 ingredients in a pot and cook over medium high heat for 10 minutes, stirring until beef crumbles and in no longer pink. Stir in crawfish and next 6 ingredients. Cook for 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
