Old-Fashioned Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large tart apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Place sliced apples in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle apples with 1/2 of the cinnamon mixture. Combine sugar, flour, egg, salt and baking powder. Spread this mixture over apples. This will act as a pie dough crust. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture over dough.
Pour melted oleo over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
