Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter
    2 c. brown sugar, not firmly packed
    1/2 c. honey
    1 batch popped corn (about 2 c.)
    peanuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar and honey.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 3 1/2 minutes.
    Remove from heat, add baking soda and stir.
    Pour over popcorn in baking pan.
    Stir to combine and add peanuts.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Pour onto waxed paper and cool.
    Store in airtight container.
