Potato Salad For Fifty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 lb. Irish potatoes
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 pt. sweet pickle, chopped
12 eggs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
8 pieces celery
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash, peel, cube and boil 12 pounds Irish potatoes.
When potatoes are tender, drain and place in large container for mixing.
