Plucket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Scald milk, oil, sugar and salt.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine and add enough flour for bread dough.
    Knead, rise 1 hour.
    Punch down, roll into balls (about 2 inches).
    Roll in melted butter then into mixture of cinnamon, sugar and chopped nuts.
    Place balls in angel pan until 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
