5 Minute Snack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bread
1 lb gr beef
1 med onion chopped fine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 500\u00b0. Toast bread; spread with prepared mustard or catsup. Mix ground beef and onions; spread evenly on each toast slice making sure edges are covered.
Season with salt and pepper. Place meat side up on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 3-5 min. or until meat is done. Cut in half and serve.
