Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
Add shredded carrots and stir well.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
