Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            large amount cold, cooked rice
 
1 large onion
3 eggs
soy sauce (La Choy)
1 c. any leftover meat, diced (ham, chicken or beef)
2 carrots, finely diced
oil (enough to coat pan)
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
- 
                            Saute onions and carrots together until tender in a very large, nonstick pan.
 
Scramble eggs and add them.
Add meat, then rice, stirring.
Add parsley (dried), then add enough soy sauce to make it light brown.
Serve warm.
