Pastry Pie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend flour, shortening and salt using wire blender or knives until mixture is like coarse meal (small peas).
    Remove 1/4 cup mixture and add milk.
    Then stir in remaining shortening mixture to form dough.
    Place 1/2 mixture between 2 sheets of wax paper (12-inch square).
    Lightly dampen table or countertop to keep paper from slipping. Roll gently until circle reaches edge of paper.
    Ease off top paper.
    Pick up bottom paper at corners. Dough will cling.
    Place in 9-inch pie pan.
    Peel off top paper. Add filling.
