Molasses Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. New Orleans molasses
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    With your fingers, work the butter, flour and sugar together until mixture is quite crumbly.
    Beat the water, molasses and soda together.
    Combine the liquid with the dry ingredients but do not beat.
    Bake in unbaked pie shell for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
