Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 pkg. taco mix
1 (8 oz.) can salsa
1 can enchilada sauce
1 large bag tortilla chips, crushed
1 medium pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 medium pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
sour cream (optional)
Preparation

In saucepan, brown ground beef with taco mix.
Add salsa and enchilada sauce.
In baking pan, layer crushed tortilla chips, meat mixture and cheese in that order.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Top with sour cream.
